How orders ship.
Delivery is available Monday through Sunday, and we’ll make shipping arrangements on request. Material quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Orders require a deposit prior to manufacturing unless credit terms have been arranged in advance. Get in touch and we’ll walk you through the options.
Protect the finish from delivery to install.
Carry sheets vertically, on edge, and wear gloves. For long bundles, move material with a forklift using the maximum fork separation or a spreader bar to avoid bending and edge damage.
Store panels covered, ventilated, and elevated off the ground. Trapped moisture between stacked sheets is the most common cause of finish damage before a panel ever reaches the roof.
Cut with turbo shears rather than saws — the heat and swarf from a saw blade damage the coating and embed hot metal filings that rust. Wash gently and avoid abrasive cleaners.
Our return policy.
There are no returns on custom-rolled sheets or custom flashing — these are manufactured to your specification and cannot be restocked.
Accessories may be returnable at Valley Steel & Trim’s discretion, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
