Snaplock is our entry into true concealed-fastener roofing. Each panel snaps into the one before it along a fabricated locking edge, so the only fasteners on the roof are hidden beneath the next sheet. The result is a clean, uninterrupted surface and the high-end look of standing seam — engineered for installers who want that architectural finish without the tight-seaming clips and mechanical seamers a traditional standing seam demands.

• Re-roofs over solid sheathing on slopes of 3/12 or steeper

How it goes on

Start the first sheet opposite the prevailing wind, fasten through the pleated edge, and snap each following panel down into place. Sequential coverage means a fast, predictable install and a watertight lock without specialized clip systems.

Colors & Gauges

Spec 26-gauge for most residential work, or step up to 24-gauge for larger spans and high-exposure sites. Both are offered across Valley Steel & Trim's full range of standard roofing colors.
